This is a medium and well-balanced roast from Ethiopia. Washed and roasted separately to highlight the sweet, balanced, and satisfying natural taste. It is as good with milk as it is without, perfect for drip or espresso.

We recommend allowing espresso to age for at least 10 days from the roast date for optimal flavor and extraction.
